Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (Monday through Friday). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: [7–15 business days]$8
  • Expedited Shipping: [3–7 business days]$14
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $60
Note: Because we source our products directly from global suppliers, delivery times can vary. Dropshipped items may arrive separately if you order multiple products.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PouchDyes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [24–48 hours]. If you need to track your package, please use our Order Tracking Page or check directly on our tracking portal.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
PouchDyes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your order goes missing or you have not received your package within the expected delivery window, please contact us at acpouchdg@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
